Astral Plane
The astral plane is apart of many planes of existence within the spirit realm. The spirit realm is a beautiful display of creation at its best! Beautiful kingdoms and gardens adorn this most spectacular realm. It is the "Garden of Eden" before the fall of man according to the scriptures. It is the land of plenty granting every pleasure. Words fall short of its wonder and splendor.
The astral plane is a complete world within itself, meaning, you could never run out of locations to visit. Geographics of the astral plane: Upper Astral Middle Astral Lower Astral Please note: Terms such as upper, middle, and lower astral-refer to vibrations.
Motion: Flight
Vechile: Astral Body
Astral Projection
Astral Projection is the ability to move one's consciousnes outside the physical body. Many confuse astral projection with astral traveling. The term (astral travel) itself implies motion. You astral project, inorder to astral travel through the planes (get it?)
Motion: Flight
Vechile: Astral Body
Destination: Only the Astral Plane
[to travel other planes, you will need a spirit body of the same material] For example, on the Etheric plane your etheric body is required.
Lucid Dreaming
Lucid dreaming occurs in a state of 'half consciousness'. You are between the astral and physical plane of existence. This state of consciousness prevents one from seeing the incredible subtle world around them. You are caught between both worlds. Lucid dreaming is often used to enter the astral plane. This is the method of choice for those fearing the separation process that accompanies projection
Mantras
Mantras (Mun-trus) is a Sankrit term meaning spell. It is as spoken spell, but it is a spell none the less. Mantras when spoken vibrate throughout the etheric plane mixing and shaping the astral light bringing our desires to form. Mantras generate heat (power), and they should not be taken lightly.
Mantras have been used for centuries for religious and personal gain.
There are Christain mantras
Buddist mantras
Hindu mantras
In fact, mantras in some form can be found in all cultures.
